Class Descriptions

AB Attack: An overall muscle conditioning workout with an emphasis on abs and core using bosu balls, stability ball, gliders weights and more!
All in 60: An overall workout including cardio segment, strength component and stretching. Each week the format will remain the same, while introducing different equipment and methods for cardio such as Drums Alive, Zumba, Groove, Intervals and Circuit Training.
Body Sculpt /Shape & Firm /  Tone & Strength: A full body, muscle conditioning workout using weights, stability balls, gliding discs, steps and more!
CORE STRENGTH: A strength class focusing on core conditioning through the use of Bosu balls, stability balls, gliders, toning balls, weights, body weight and more!
Drums Alive: The pulsating rhythm of drumming on stability balls is combined with traditional aerobic exercises to create a dynamic and energetic workout!
Groove: A simplified dance fitness class that focuses on you and moving in a way that feels good for your body.  No complex or follow-the-leader choreography. With guided movements you will will awaken your body’s inner dancer and experience the freedom of letting loose!
Groovey Mom & Baby: A specially designed dance-fitness class for moms or dads and their 2-5 year old  children.  You and your child, will dance Groove style to popular children’s songs.  Children will enjoy using drumsticks, ribbons, bells, scarves and other implements to make the dancing fun and exciting!   This Groove Method class uses simplified movements that can be adapted for children or their parent while increasing balance, co-ordination and creativity.
Mom & Me Fit Indoor Boot Camp:  Postnatal low impact and strength training class to give moms a chance to get back into shape! No babysitter needed. Exercising with baby is part of the fun!  Must be a minimum of 8 weeks postnatal.  A baby carrier is recommended for some exercises.
