As an instructor of The Groove, Zumba, Drums Alive and Group Resistance Training I am enthusiastic about sharing my love for getting fit and healthy while having fun!

Having struggled with my own weight and health issues, I understand how frustrating it can be to make the changes in your life that will bring about positive changes.  Knowing that you’re worth the effort is the first step.

For years I worried about the number on the scale.  Although I’m still a few pounds heavier than I’d like,  I now focus on maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system, strong muscles and bones and increased balance and coordination.

I now live my life with passion and positive choices, living each day as though its my first!  I’m no longer afraid to step outside the box and try something new.  As a creature of variety, I recently began participating in a Pole Dance Fitness class for the challenge, the strength work and just for the fun of it!
